How do I earn reward points?
You earn 2 points for every £1 you spend instore. 1 point is the equivalent of 1p. 2 or 3 times a year we collect up those points and convert them to a voucher. The voucher will appear in your App. We will send you an email when your voucher is ready to spend.
I already have a reward card with Elphicks. Do I need the App?
Our Rewards App is a simple way to view all the benefits and rewards of the 1881 Club. If you are an existing reward card member, we can link your rewards account to the App and transfer over any existing points balance you have. Just follow these simple steps:

- - Enter your email address or your Reward Card number
- - We will match your account and transfer your points balance
When will I be able to use my rewards voucher?
As soon as you have downloaded the App and signed up to your account. Vouchers and offers will be available in the 1881 Club App, just click on the button called 'vouchers' to view them.
Why do I have to scan my Reward App every time I shop?
Scanning your App records how many points you have earned with your shop. We convert these points into money off vouchers.
Scanning your App also helps us to see what you buy so we can send you vouchers that are relevant to the things you buy.
Why do I need a Reward App?
The 1881 Club App gives you lots more benefits than a reward card scheme. You can:
