Guide and Assistance dogs are allowed in our store. Only guide dogs are allowed in our restaurants.

Our friendly and knowledgeable beauty team are on hand to offer expert advice when you need it.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes we do. Elphicks Gift Vouchers make the ideal present and can be purchased from any till point (excluding restaurants). Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10 & £20. Full details can be found on the Gift Vouchers page.

What happens to lost property?

All lost property is taken to the General Office for safe keeping.

What is the refund policy?

Elphicks has a 28 day refund policy. Goods can be returned, in a saleable condition with labels attached and receipt, within 28 days of date of purchase for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

What is the store accessibility like?

Excellent. Elphicks has street level or ramp access to all ground floor departments. A lift is available to the first floor and there are also escalators as well as stairs. We have an accessible toilet on the first floor.

What restaurants do you have?

Heidi Bakery, on the First Floor open Monday to Saturday 9:30am – 4pm

When are sales?

Elphicks has two sales each year; the summer sale takes place in July/August and the winter sale takes place on the first opening day after Christmas.
