Refund and Returns

Elphicks has a 28 day refund policy on full price goods. Goods can be returned, in a saleable condition with labels attached and receipt, within 28 days of date of purchase for a full refund.

If the item bought, was reduced in a Sale or Event, then the term reduces to 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
