The Fountain Centre
The Fountain Centre is an independent charity based within the Royal Surrey Cancer Centre in Guildford. They offer emotional and practical support to cancer patients and their families from diagnosis and beyond. Services include, psychological support, complementary therapies, wellbeing groups and quiet spaces for reflection.
Elphicks has been a proud supporter for several years, and one of the key ways we help is through their annual fashion show, which raises funds for the charity.
We provide all the clothing for the models and offer professional styling, while our talented cosmetics team volunteers their time to create beautiful looks for the show. We also donate prizes for the event raffle, ensuring every aspect of the evening helps to maximise funds for this incredible cause.

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice
Since opening its doors in 1979, Phyllis Tuckwell has been providing compassionate palliative care for patients where curative treatment is no longer possible. As the only hospice care service for adult patients and their families living with terminal illness across West Surrey and parts of Northeast Hampshire, they offer:
- Specialist end-of-life care
- In-patient care facilities
- Care at home services
- Therapy and support services
- Family and carer support
- Bereavement counselling
Currently, Phyllis Tuckwell needs to raise over £25,000 every single day to maintain these vital services. We regularly donate a portion of our carrier bag charges to help support their incredible work.
Frimley Health Charity
Frimley Health Charity supports patients and staff across Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, funding equipment, facilities, research, and special projects that go beyond what the NHS can provide. They work to enhance patient care and improve the hospital experience for everyone.
In our haberdashery department, we’re doing something special. We collect used yarn and knitted items, and we actively encourage our customers to join us in this effort. Our dedicated team and generous customers create beautiful handmade baby clothes and items for patients at Frimley Park Hospital. We feel privileged to give something back to families who may not otherwise have access to handmade clothing during such an important time.

Triumph & Treedom Partnership
We collect pre-loved bras from customers who no longer need them, which are then passed to Treedom through Triumph for recirculation. This initiative raises valuable funds to combat poverty whilst simultaneously reducing landfill waste.
What’s more, for every 5kg of clothing collected, a tree is planted in the Triumph Forest in collaboration with Treedom, helping to create a greener future for generations to come.
